Running has changed my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined. It gave me a community, a new outlook on the capabilities of my body, and a healthier lifestyle. Now, through run coaching, I love using my experiences and knowledge to help others experience the benefits of running.
My coaching is for everyone. From complete beginners to high achievers; those with many health/life barriers or none; those that want to perform or those that just want to move for the joy of it. I will tailor my approach to your needs.

For The Beginners.
I can clearly remember the days of starting out. The unique pains, the lack of conditioning/fitness, the struggle with finding my routine and motivation, and the never ending question of ‘Am I doing this right?’. I love helping people start their running journey and taking them from their very first steps to wherever they want to go.

For The Achievers.
Big goals are awesome. As a professional runner myself, I am always striving for more and I have learned how to get the most out myself in training and races. Using this knowledge, I have coached both newer and seasoned runners to big PBs in everything from 1500m track races to Last One Standing events.
If you’re looking to take the next steps in your running, be it trying a new terrain/distance for the first time or unlocking a new PB, I can help you get there.

Are you a shift worker, new parent, business owner, or just generally so busy you have no idea how to fit the training in? I have experience helping all of the above achieve their goals. I will tailor your program to suit your schedule and love finding unique ways to make running work in your life, so you can still achieve yours.
If you’re struggling to fit it all in and make it to the start line ready, I can help pull it all together.
What I Offer.
Trail, track, road - I am here for it all. With 8 years coaching experience and being a professional runner myself, I have a wealth of knowledge to share with you. My coaching style is varied as I do not believe in one size fits all. I will meet you where you are at and guide all aspects of your running; from warms ups, to sessions, to trail technique, ultra/marathon preparation and more.
You will get:
Monthly individualised online coaching via the Final Surge website/app, which includes detailed tracking of your training, feedback, and automatic syncing with your watch.
60min initial set up video or phone call to talk you through your program and how to get the most out of it.
Program adaptations each month as required.
Regular communication via email and Final Surge with responses within 24hrs (48hrs if I am travelling for races).
Discounts on combining your program with a running specific strength plan within Final Surge (see Here for more details).
Guidance on pre-race and during-run nutrition strategies.
Guidance on navigating race logistics (travel, multi-day race recovery etc).
Liason with your healthcare professional when needed.
Cost: $120/month + once-off initial setup fee of $50
Minimum 3 month commitment
