Online Strength Programs To Support Your Running.

  • Level 1

    Designed for those who prefer lighter weights, or those with minimal lifting experience. Minimal equipment will be required, with each exercise being able to be tailored to using household items only OR heavier weights and resistance bands etc, as wanted. 

  • Level 2

    Designed for those with some strength and conditioning experience and with access to resistance bands and some at-home weights (such as dumbbells or kettlebells or weight plates etc.). Exercises can be tailored to multiple pieces of equipment, and more advanced programs with minimal equipment can be made available on request.

  • Level 3

    Designed for those with moderate to advanced strength and conditioning experience who have access to some heavier weights either at home or with a gym membership. Ideally a squat rack and/or smith machine, resistance bands and/or cable machine, dumbells/kettlebells, swiss ball, step, bench. All exercises will be able to be tailored to various pieces of equipment.

What I offer.

Alongside run coaching, I offer monthly online strength plans within the Final Surge app/website designed to compliment your training plan. The programs will be entirely written by myself and tailored to the needs of endurance athletes. I am a registered Personal Trainer with Aus Active with 8 years experience working in commercial gyms, my own studio, remotely in clients homes and virtually. This includes two years training under Tony Sephton at the Melbourne University Elite Athlete Program, working with Elites from a range of sports including running, cricket, tennis, karate, judo and many more.

Each month you will receive two new strength sessions that I will structure into your existing plan once each per week to compliment your running. Video guidance will be available for every exercise.

Cost: $20/month for Run Coaching clients

Further online 1:1 sessions for specific program tailoring or form checks can be purchased at $40 for 30mins or $70/hr.
